Quadratic Formula

Today we are working on using the discriminant.

b^2-4ac > 0 means 2 solutions
b^2-4ac = 0 means 1 solution
b^2-4ac < 0 means no real solutions

We are also practicing Rational Equations again.

p.593 (41-55:odd) & p.596 (1-11:odd)

Thanks. Mr.Gerson. I was the at the band thing(SCSBOA Festival) on Friday so I was not there. Is there anything more we should know for how to solve the homework than what was posted? I will of course also look at what the book says for how to do our homework, but I was just wondering.
