Work on what you got wrong today for LC#3.1, especially the 3 questions on PH Lesson 2-2 for Rational numbers.

when it says, "for all rational numbers a and b" does that just translate to for all rational numbers?

-0.4 is equal to -4/10 right....
then simplify that...
then that is -2/5
then the reciprical is -5/2
