Your grades are based upon academic achievement and determine your high school math class placement. As I have repeated many times, I do not give extra credit. Extra credit is fluff to inflate a grade that would no longer be a measure for achievement.
In Mr. Gerson's class today we turned in our homework as usual, took a one question, each step counts as a point, lesson check. We also got our study guides for the test on Wednesday the 10th of November. :)
Journal Entry 11/8/10~ Today in Mr. Gersons class we reviewed the AMOM method(box method) and had a lesson check using the box method. We also worked on the study guide we got today to get ready for the test on Wednesday. ':O
Journal Entry: Totday after a majical lesson check that consisted of a single problem telling us to fill out a punnent square with the given equation. Not too much later, Mr. Gerson went through the quizez and explained the simple task of signing our name at the bottom. @paige: 60 divided by 12 is 5. so the coefficient is 5. and since the exponent for the bottom part is negative, it goes to the top. then its x^7 times x^4. equals x^7+4. it equals x^11. then is equals 5x^11
Mr.Gerson, Will we be doing practice problems tomorrow so we will be prepared for the test? I am having problems on "scientific notation", everyone says it's easy but even with the books examples I can't seem to figure it out. -Brianna Osborne

Today in Mr.Gerson classes we had a lesson check on foil using the box method and then we got a study guide for the test on Wednesday the 11/10/10. :)
