1. Go to mail.google.com and create a new email account. Use your first name, last initial, period, CMMS, year of promotion: JeremyGPer1CMMS2010. Change display name to include first name last initial and period.

ok well its kind of hard to explain but ill try, first go on your gmail account, then on top of the gmail search box you find the words more, click that, then go down to even more, click that and something should pop up, look on the right hand side and go down till you see the link, Blogger. click that, then blogger should pop up, at the top of blogger you should see a sign in box, your email should be filled in and you jus need to type in your email password, when you do that go to your new profile and go to seetings, after that you will find first name, last name, email, and display name. you jus need to fill out those four, on your display name type in your first name, initial last name, and period. example anthonyl per3. hope this helps some of you!!!
